Position:

Cyber Security Engineer

Description:

The Sponsor's team provides a highly technical and in-depth penetration testing service in support of enterprise cyber security equities. The team specializes in penetration testing and ethical hacking to target, assess, and exploit risks and vulnerabilities of information systems.
Responsibilities include documenting identified system risks, planning and executing test procedures, performing analyses of vulnerabilities, reviewing program-level documentation, recommending changes to reduce system vulnerabilities, developing and implementing penetration testing plans, analyzing test results, recommending countermeasures, participating or leading technical meetings, and briefing management on the status and results of activities.

Requirements:

SCI clearance and polygraph are required. H1-B holders and those without clearance are not considered. Must be a US Citizen with active TS clearance.

(Mandatory) Demonstrated work experience in cyber security or related IT field. Demonstrated experience with cyber penetration testing and applying computer attack methods and system exploitation techniques.

Working knowledge of cyber security principles for Linux, Windows, and virtual platforms. Experience reviewing system configuration and design of enterprise systems and hypervisors. Experience designing, testing, or implementing IT security architecture.

Experience performing network security analysis and analyzing network architectures. Experience using network management tools and leveraging adversarial tactics for security testing.

Experience developing security policies, performing complex technical tasks with little direction, communicating vulnerability results to senior executives, researching, and developing risk management methodologies.

(Desired) Experience participating in public testing.
