RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and the CFO to drive business strategy and global operational oversight.
  • Lead all STR management functions, including employee, vendor, loss control, and cost management, to ensure efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
  • Drive revenue management strategies by optimizing rates, channels, and sources to maximize profitability.
  • Champion guest satisfaction, aiming for consistent five-star reviews and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement training programs for employees and vendors to maintain high service and performance standards.
  • Manage the Property Management System (PMS), website, and operational tools, ensuring innovation and efficiency across all resources.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, industry peers, and technology providers to enhance partnerships and operational success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field: Your academic background equips you to drive strategic success with confidence and authority.
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations management: You have a proven track record of delivering results and managing complex functions in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven leadership experience: Assertive and confident, you thrive in dynamic settings, guiding teams to exceed goals while maintaining control of the overall strategy.
  • Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities: You adapt quickly, generate innovative solutions, and align actions with the organization's evolving goals.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills: We value your ability to influence and motivate others, creating a collaborative atmosphere that drives team success.
  • Proficiency in operational software and tools: Experience with project management platforms and data-driven decision-making tools to track performance metrics, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency. Familiarity with real estate management systems is a plus.
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment: You enjoy taking on challenges and executing tasks efficiently, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $110,000 OTE 

Benefits: Insurance reimbursement available

  • Paid time off such as PTO, sick days, and vacation days

Schedule: Available Monday through Saturday, with the flexibility to be available on Sundays as needed.
