Job Title: Helpdesk Analyst Location: San Antonio, TX
Duration: 12 Months (Contract)
Job Overview:
We're seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to join a fast-paced support team responsible for desktop and technical support across global trading and investment banking operations. The ideal candidate has a solid IT support background, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and resolve 40+ support calls daily , using remote tools and phone support.
Provide 1st and 2nd line support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Troubleshoot issues in Windows 10 , MS Office , VDI , and network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
Perform Active Directory tasks including account and password management.
Support a large environment (19,000+ users) in a 24x7 shift-based model , including late shifts and occasional weekends.
Work closely with global teams to maintain a high level of service for premium clients.
Qualifications:
1+ year of helpdesk or desktop support experience.
Experience with Windows 10 , VDI , MS Office , and basic networking.
Familiarity with Active Directory .
Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
Ability to adapt in a high-demand environment.
