JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lab testing of electric drive components and systems
Responsible for the performance and durability testing, failure / root cause investigation.
Conduct detailed inspections and root cause investigation into motor and generator failures.
Inspections involve hands-on work, consisting of electrical checks, visual inspections, x-ray review, material and fluid analysis
Will work with engineers to learn role and that individual will continue to mentor and oversee inspection activities

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering and 1-2 year experience
Electrical testing experience, product development experience, failure analysis
Organization, documentation and communication
