Job Description

• Location: Falmouth, ME, 04105

• Duration: 13 Weeks Contract

• Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

• Weekly Pay Rate: $2,080 $2,240

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver educational programs based on staff needs and best practices.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate orientation for new nursing staff.
• Monitor staff competencies and provide clinical education as required.
• Act as a resource and mentor for clinical staff in the delivery of patient care.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve nursing practices and quality outcomes.
• Ensure staff are trained in infection control, safety procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nursing standards, trends, and innovations.
• Assist in the development and updating of nursing policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Education: A Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing is preferred, along with a strong clinical background.
• Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure is required.
• Certification: BLS and ACLS certification required .
• Experience: Minimum 2 5 years of clinical nursing experience (acute care, long-term care, or home health). 1 2 years of experience in a clinical educator, preceptor, or leadership role.
• Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities are essential.

Travel & Local Considerations:

• Candidates outside a 50-mile radius qualify for travel pay.
