Receptionist / Fingerprint Tech Location Clackamas, OR :

Legal Support / Fingerprint Tech (no legal experience necessary)

Hart 2 Hart Investigations LLC is a full-service Investigations Agency specializing in Criminal Defense and offers Legal Support Services to our attorneys.We are seeking an individual for handling unique administrative tasks in our office:

• multi-line phone system
• calendar tasks
• processing confidential legal documents
• fingerprinting
• scheduling
• greeting clients and visitors
• and various legal support administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming calls and other communications.
• Operating FieldPrint Fingerprinting System
• Scheduling appointments
• Creating, maintaining, and entering information into our systems
• Familiarity with modern office machines
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of entire office space
• Performing general office duties and additional assignments from Executives

The position does REQUIRE (NON-NEGOTIABLE) the following attributes:

• Must pass a FEDERAL background and fingerprint screening
• Available to work M-F until 5 pm
• Positive, charismatic personality
• Familiar with various software functions
• Be proficient with MS Office Programs (testing required)
• Ability to work well under limited supervision for the benefit of the team
• Have a valid driver's license & vehicle insurance
• Ability to handle highly confidential information in a professional manner
• Professional communication skills with a positive personality
• Present a genuine, positive personality with strong ethics, unbiased discernment, and professional communication skills
• Commit to upholding and honoring the judicial system

Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
